Can you meet me at my office?
Yes, we sure can! We're a mobile repair service and can go just about anywhere. We've met customers at their office, neighbor coffee shop, home, hotel lobby - just about everywhere. All we really need is a table or desk to work from.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we do. We accept all major credit cards. We currently using the Square App. It's great and very convenient for local vendors like us. Additionally if you would like to pay using cash, we accept that too! For those of you who use Apple Pay, please ask. We are working on bringing that payment option to our service.
Do you have a warranty on the repairs you do?
Yes, we do. We offer a 6-month warranty on all repairs. If your iPhone or iPad replacement screens starts behaving unusually or you're not happy with the job we've done, please don't hesistate to get back in touch with us. We will be happy to resolve the issue. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied!
Do I need to backup my iPhone or iPad before replacing the cracked screen?
Yes, you should. This is not a neccessity, but it is good practice. In the highly unlikely event that something does go wrong, you can have the peace of mind knowing that everything is backed up on your computer or in the cloud.
I have a broken iPhone screen. Can you replace it for me?
Yes, we can! That's our speciality. We have been repairing broken and cracked iPhone screens since 2009. Cracked LCD screen, shattered glass screen, broken digitizer screen, damaged screen - whatever you want to call it, we are here to help replace your broken iPhone screens in Royal Oak.
